Over the last couple of days it has become so obvious to me that God has called me to way higher places then just being here in Capetown for three months. He has shown me how He wants me to live not just here but when I go home as well. I didn’t come here to be a missionary for three months and call it good. I can hardly believe that I have been living in Oceanview, Capetown for a month now. It’s crazy how fast time is flying by and how I will be home before I even realize it. The ministry that we do here is never really the same day to day so I’m getting to do a variety of things. Because of this I’m learning how to be more flexible and how to just go with whatever is asked of me. Before I came on this trip I thought of myself as a very flexible person, but I’m realizing that I’m not as good at that as I thought. I’m learning that it’s hard to not know...

New routines are always hard to launch into but we’ve been treated so well and people here have made it easy to adjust into the culture. This past Friday night we had the opportunity to go to a youth night at the school we have been working at. It was so encouraging to see young people like me passionate about serving God.
