Where He Brought Me

“Pay attention.”“To what?”“To your life.Push a little deeper. Run a little faster. Dance a little longer. Laugh a little louder.Get the freak out of your comfort zone because out in the waves, that’s where life happens. That’s where I’m going to do the stuff you can’t imagine right now but I can’t do a thing until you’re out there so let’s go.”Out in the waters, this is where He brought me.This is my life. It’s little girls blowing kisses. It’s dancing silly with no boundaries, just for a laugh. It’s...

Come to Me

“I am the Lord Your God, I go before you now. I stand beside you, and I’m all around you. Though you’re feeling far away, I’m closer than your breath. And I am with you, more than you know.” -Bethel Something that I have struggled with is knowing that no matter what, my Jesus is always so close to me. I struggled with this until I heard wonderful insight through some history. Before Jesus had died on the cross for our sins, there was a curtain that kept the Holy Place hidden and only the high priest could enter. In this structure, the curtain hiding the tabernacle...

One Month For Eternity

India was something I’ve never experienced before. Probably because I’ve never been to India before June and probably because I had no idea what to expect. This is Thailand!

Hello friends, family, and other random people reading our blog!   We have arrived in Thailand and reached our ministry location. We had a couple days of very smooth travel and are finally settling in. We live with a family, their children, and a few precious orphans. They have already completely won our hearts and I know by the end of July we will be heartbroken when we have to say goodbye.    My first impressions: Its hot. All the time. This is the most Gospel-lacking place I have ever been to. It’s going to be a good month. I know it. Please keep us in your prayers...

The Two Little Hearts that Broke Mine

During our first week here in India, we spent our days going to this home for women who had been rescued from sex trafficking (there were also these two boys of one of the women). The first time we stepped foot into the home it was evident that there was no life or joy radiating amidst those walls. The 8 of us missionaries are not and will not be able to ever express the love that comes from knowing and trusting in the name of Jesus Christ. However, we as christians have that joy inside of us, and by loving these women, we were able let our love mirror the love of our Abba, daddy. At the end...
