We have been in Chichicastenago for almost three weeks now.  We have been involved in several different ministry opportunities.  Here is an overview of ministry so far.. It’s been a wild week for sure. Between teaching English in the mornings to the high schoolers and teaching English in the evenings to the elementary aged kids life has been busy. But thankfully not to crazy. Last week our team had the opportunity to minister to the local law enforcement and go to the public hospital to pray over those in it. Our host told us to pray over anyone we felt God was guiding us to. In all honesty, I didn’t have any expectation as far as what the hospital would look like. Hello friends! Welcome to my first blog. It is currently the end of week 1 of my three month stay in Guatemala. For the first month, we are staying in a town called Chichicastenango. It’s a beautiful little mountain town that is rich in Mayan culture. We flew into Guatemala City on Monday, January 30.  From there we had a four hour drive to Chichi.
