In Over My Head

In Over My Head//Bethel Music excerpt: Further and further my heart moves away from the shoreWhatever it looks like, whatever may come I am YoursThen You crash over me and I’ve lost control but I’m freeI’m going under, I’m in over my head And You crash over me, I’m where You want me to beI’m going under, I’m in over my headWhether I sink, whether I swim It makes no difference when I’m beautifully in over my head My team and I are in Phuket for the remainder of our journey together. The Ugly Truth

My time in Thailand, though just beginning, has already been a trip. The past two weeks have been the toughest of the trip, by far, and I have struggled to adjust. Especially One Tree Hill.) I mean the simple life as in waking up every morning to the monks and roosters, showering with...

Sick Enough to Pray

I am sick for the fourth time since leaving Georgia. The first time was food poisoning the first day arriving at our ministry site, talk about brutal awakening. Food poisoning and a squatty potty don’t mix well. The second time I got a 24 hour bug, and of course it was on the last day with our students. So if you don’t see any pictures of me with the kids in our classes, it’s because I was busy trying to keep water down. The third time, we arrived in Bangkok and I got a little too excited about dairy. My bad. Luckly that one only lasted a night. And now Im out with a cold....
