Experiencing Africa

Team Africa Experience has made it safely to South Africa.      This month, we will be serving alongside Impact Africa in Johannesburg. After a long couple of travel days, we were really excited to jump right into ministry this weekend. We spent Saturday serving the local women by giving them a dignified shopping experience at a street store. Over 600 women came through the doors where the ministry provided them with clothing and prayer. It was absolutely amazing to hear stories of the women receiving salvation, healing, and a glimmer of hope. We look forward to continue to...

Settling In, In Skopje!

After two long days of travel, the Macedonia team has safely arrived to our site in the capital, Skopje! After some well needed rest, our team has jumped into the routine of “family dinner” followed by adventures throughout the city (and an occasional gelato stop)! We were excited to join the community of Skopje during holiday, celebrating the Macedonian Day of Independence! We are enjoying this blessing of free time by exploring our new city, connecting to each other, and connecting to the Lord! Our ministry begins Sunday September 10! We are excited and expectant for what God...

All Teams Have Arrived Safely!

We are so excited to announce that all of our Fall 2017 teams have arrived safely in their first countries!  The teams will be spending the next few days being immersed in the culture, tasting the local cuisine, combating jet lag, and figuring out their ministry schedule.  We are excited and expectant for all God is going to do in and through the teams this semester!  Stay tuned for updates from the field! Blessings, The Passport Department

Here’s a glimpse into one of our ministries in Nepal) “This ministry makes my heart beat fast every time I go to do it, but I say, ‘As long as God comes with me, I can go.'” These were the words we heard from our leader, Rose (name changed for discretion) as we stepped into our first day of bar ministry. I had never been to a brothel before, and after hearing that, I didn’t know...

EXPERIENCING GOD

I am beyond thankful for this trip to Guatemala! I didn’t really have many expectations coming into this, but God opened my eyes to a lot of things. I had no idea what the Lord had in store. I had no idea the amount of relationships that would be built, both within my team and in the town of Chichicastenango. I had no idea the hardships, the triumphs, the amount of growth, the laughter, and the memories that would occur. God grew me in so many ways. My trust in Him grew. We did this thing called Listening prayer where we would draw names, not look at them, and sit and listen to the...
