Safe in the DR!

Our Summer 2016 team officially arrived in the D.R. on Tuesday, June 7’th! The team was very excited to be in the Dominican after a long flight delay in New York. Safe in Thailand!

We are excited to announce both teams have made it safely to Thailand! The Phuket team will be staying the night in Bangkok before taking a bus over to Phuket in the morning. The Chiang Mai team was greeted at the airport by a ministry contact and is currently riding a bus over to Chiang Mai. Both teams will be spending the next few days being immersed in the culture, eating delicious Thai food, combating jet lag, and bringing hope and love to the people of Thailand. Unexpected Freedom

Everything figured out. No fear, shame, or sadness. Smile, game face on. But this doesn’t last long. Your boat gets wrecked. Everything falls apart, but oddly feels to be falling into place. Vulnerable. Walls shattered. Tears shed. Healing beginning. The first few days of training camp I was frustrated with myself. I came into this thinking I had a great relationship with the Lord.
