Swazi/SA Team Has Arrived!

  Our summer 2017 Swaziland/South Africa team has officially arrived at their ministry site in Swaziland!  The team will spend the coming days getting introduced to their ministry, coming to know the culture, recovering from jet lag and figuring out their schedule for the months ahead! They will be getting internet in the next week so that they can communicate home and share more about what their days and weeks will look like.  Until then, we wanted to let you know that all is well.  Hope that you’re as excited to follow along with their adventure as we are!

Thailand/Cambodia Has Arrived

 Most of our summer 2017 Thailand/Cambodia team has officially arrived at their ministry site in Bangkok, Thailand!  The team will spend the coming days getting introduced to their ministry, coming to know the culture, recovering from jet lag and figuring out their schedule for the months ahead! The 3 who were delayed with leader Allison will be arriving tomorrow to join up with leader Sara and the rest of the group! Then, everyone will head to their ministry locations in Thailand via bus! Thankful for Cold Showers

In my 19 years of life I have on more than one occasion been covered head to toe in dirt. When I was younger I hated wearing shoes and so all of my everyday activities involved my feet getting covered in mud or grass stains. I was that kid that turned my bath water brown. On many other occasions my family had taken multiple camping trips where showering was unlikely and so smelling bad was an everyday occurrence.
