It comes down to a choice

The transition into living life at an orphanage in the developing world of Cambodia has been quite the brutal awakening. But a really needed brutal awakening for me. Warm Welcome via Tarantula

If only I had enough words to encompass how much I already loved this place. Kampong Cham is such a wonderful place, but the people that make up Kampong Cham are even more wonderful. Our host, Vandy, operates an orphanage for 43 children. The orphanage is located in a village in Kampong Cham, Cambodia. My team arrived here a little over a week ago and the vast amount of experiences I’ve already gained is incredible.Once we touched down on the runway in Phnom Penh, I became overwhelmed with adoration for this foreign land. We are living a very simple life here in the Banteay Meanchey province, which means we do not have wifi in our house! So we are able to walk to a place nearby a couple times a week to catch up with everyone! Ministry this month is showing the children at the New Hope Orphanage the love of our heavenly Father with some English teaching as well! We are all healthy, and even got to adventure to Angkor Wat yesterday! Our team is doing really well and loving each other more and more every day. We will be...
