No toilet? No problem

Another week in Peru has flown by and I’m realizing how much God has put it on my heart to go to the ends of the earth, the extremely rural places, in order to serve Him. This past week we went higher up into the mountains to the small villages of La Laguna, Matara, and Jocos. I was thriving and loving every single moment. While I was in the city of Cajamarca, I enjoyed our ministry but felt like something was missing and it was unsettling not knowing why I felt that way. Father, Son, and who?

So it’s been a week since I’ve left home for training camp/Peru and I have to say it’s been an awesome experience thus far. Cajamarca, Peru is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. The rooftop of the home we are staying at is one of my favorite places ever with views of breathtaking mountains surrounding us in the valley. In the most unexpected places

So I’m sure you all are looking for a “God moment” in Peru, since am I on the mission field here. First of all, Peru is amazing & I’m excited for what the Lord has in store for the next few weeks. But, this first blog post is going to be about someone I met on the plane on my way to Lima. Peru Team Has Arrived!
