I cannot believe that I am sitting on the couch at our ministry location in South Africa. As I was preparing for this trip people would ask me, “Are you in school?” and I would reply “Actually I am going to mission in Africa for three months”. Hello Friends, Family, and Strangers (that I soon hope to be able to call Friends!), We have made it safely to Zambia!!!! We are in our ministry location in Livingstone, and will be starting ministry on Monday!  Heres what it is going to look like!!! Everyone will spend the mornings in either a home for the elderly, or a local school!  We will make two teams and go to the same place for the entire first month, then switch for month two of ministry!  This will give everyone a chance to build some awesome relationships with the people!  After morning ministry we will play...

Our Spring 2017 Africa Experience teams officially arrived in South Africa and Zambia! Their travel from Atlanta was uneventful and smooth for the most part.  The team is excited for all the ministry opportunities they will have during their time there. They will spend the coming days getting introduced to their ministry, coming to know the culture, and finding a routine for the weeks ahead.   They will be getting internet within the week so that they can communicate home and share more about what their days and weeks will look like.  Until then, we wanted to let you know...
