Southeast Asia Team one made it to Cambodia 3 days ago. This month we will be working with New Hope For Orphans in Banteay Meanchey. We traded in the city life in Thailand for the rural life in Cambodia. We are learning to appreciate the little things in life like bucket showers and squatty potties. We eat local dishes for our meal (they are delicious).
Our daily ministry looks like teaching English, doing manual labor on the property to serve the staff and Children well, and participating in church services. On top those things we get to hang out and love on the children that live here.
At the End of the month we will be meeting up with Southeast Asia team 2 in Siem Reap to debrief on the field, sight see, and celebrate.
The team is really excited for this month and can’t wait to share all the Lord has done in these two months with y’all.
